KUNG PAO CHICKEN RECIPE

  • 1 Lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce (Mix)
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch (Mix Well)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Chili Sauce (Sriracha)
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Oil-Medium Heat
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts, roast till golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • 1 Tbsp Oil-Medium-Hight Heat
  • ADD CHICKEN -cook 2-3 min on each side. Remove and set aside
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Minced Ginger
  • Stir-frey 1 min
  • Dry Red Chilies
  • Stir-frey 1 min
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • Stir-frey 1 min
  • Add Chicken
  • Add Sauce Mixture
  • Stir-frey 2 min
  • Add Peanuts
